How do I get a ticket?

Select ATTEND, choose the available concert ∓ fill out the form that arises. Your ticket will arrive in your email. Save it. If you don’t find it, check your spam folder.

I'm not a Clinton resident. How do I get a ticket?

Non-Clinton residents may reserve tickets two weeks before the concert date.

I don't have an email address. How can I get a ticket?

Arrive an hour before the concert starts and place your name on a list. We usually are able to seat folks who did not reserve tickets.

How do I find my Flynn Ticket in my email?

Search your email files for an email from George Flynn Admin. That’s your ticket. (Use your email system’s Search tool.) And check your email SPAM folder.

How do I confirm, change, or cancel my reserved ticket?

On the menu bar, find CONTACT US. Click on CONFIRM, then supply name & email to assure yourself you have made a reservation, or to change the number of seats you need. Or Find and open your ticket among your emails. Click on Ticket changes and cancellation. Select number of tickets you need or select cancel.

I can’t find or print my ticket.

Just come to the concert. Ushers will find your reservation under your name.

I ordered too many tickets. Can I give them to a friend?

Four tickets are the most you may receive. Please cancel your extra tickets. In this FAQ list find How do I change or cancel my reserved ticket or tickets.

I cancelled all of my tickets by mistake! What do I do now?

Start the process over. But remember the ticket will arrive in your email inbox. If you have more than one email address, remember which email address you listed on your ticket form.

Why can’t I get an assigned seat?

Seats are for general admission. Free tickets are distributed on a first come, first served basis with Clinton residents having first chance because George Flynn established his bequest for the people of Clinton, CT. Both of our auditoriums have excellent acoustics with not a bad seat in the house.

It appears the concert is SOLD OUT. Now, what do I do?

Just show up an hour before the concert and place your name on a standby list. The odds are in your favor that we will find you a seat.

Are masks required?

Yes. Masks are a must. You must wear a mask while inside the auditorium.
